This consortium project, funded by Innovate UK, aims to develop the world's first bias-driven Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) and Large Language Model (LLM) evaluation and customisation platform, designed to enhance trustworthiness, transparency, and user engagement. For Microlink, the primary focus is on addressing user data privacy security and accessibility requirements during the usability testing phase.
